About the Church Board
The Church Board is responsible for managing the overall affairs of the church. We meet once a month to discuss church issues, plan upcoming activities, and ensure the smooth running of all ministries.
The Pastor officiates at each meeting, where representatives from within the church come together to report, plan, assign tasks, and address various matters affecting our congregation.
Who Attends
The following officers and ministry leaders are regular attendees. A quorum must be met before any topic can be voted on:
- Church ClerkRecord keeping
- Treasurer
- Deacon & Deaconesses
- Prayer Leader
- Communications Ministry
- Women’s Ministry
- Men’s Ministry
- Youth Ministry
Member Participation
If you have a concern or issue you would like addressed by church leadership, please bring it to our pastor or elders so we can discuss it on the board — we are here to serve the congregation.
